Looking back, my time at Badenoch & Clark was where I really started to understand how design can shape how a business presents itself. I worked with the marketing director to set up the company’s first in-house design team, giving B&C a proper visual identity and consistent voice for the first time.

The identity we created lasted for more than 15 years and remained central to the brand even after its acquisition by a larger US recruitment group.

I also developed branding for several new recruitment start-ups within the wider group and designed, built and maintained the company intranet, which became their first digital space for internal communication and resources.
