Locale

Brand and marketing design support for a growing proptech company

Locale is a UK-based property technology company that helps building managers and occupiers communicate, share information, and run daily operations more efficiently.

Over three years, I worked as part of their marketing team on a freelance basis, producing a wide range of design materials to support the company's growth plans.

The scope of work was varied and ever-shifting. I designed sales brochures, PowerPoint templates and bespoke presentations, as well as quarterly reports and data-heavy white papers. I also created exhibition graphics, email newsletters, social media content, and seasonal illustrations, giving the marketing team flexible design support across print and digital channels.

A key element of the work with Locale was a brand development project. Working closely with the board of directors, I helped define how they communicated their services, values, and key differentiators in a post-pandemic market. After auditing their existing materials, we developed a consistent set of brand rules and built a refreshed visual identity. A comprehensive brand guide captured the new look, ensuring it could be applied consistently across all client-facing touchpoints.

The result was a clear, unified brand system that strengthened Locale's presence, while giving its marketing and sales teams the tools to communicate with greater impact.
