Music theory and bass

A while back I decided to learn some music theory, mostly to get my head around the fretboard of a bass guitar.

To help myself out, I started creating diagrams of scales, chords and intervals. The plan was to print them out and stick them up on the wall to help me practice. In the end, the act of designing them was enough; once I’d mapped it all out, it began to make sense.
