Nomos is a team of psychiatrists who prepare detailed mental health assessments for use in legal proceedings. These reports play a specific and important role in court, so the practice needed a brand and website that would convey absolute professionalism, accuracy, and trustworthiness.
The project covered a complete visual identity, a public-facing Squarespace website, and editable Word templates for their reports. These templates included custom styles and themes to help the team create documents quickly while keeping them consistent. The accompanying brand guidelines provided practical guidance on applying the identity, along with clear instructions for using Word styles, particularly for those unfamiliar with them.
The new logo subtly resembles a bookmark, a nod to the reports at the centre of their work. A restrained colour palette, clear typography, and a precise layout system give the identity credibility in legal contexts, while a clean, modern website makes their services easy to navigate for solicitors and other clients.
The new identity and tools have been adopted across the practice, helping Nomos present a unified and professional image that helps them stand out in a highly specialised field.
