The Psychiatric Care Clinic
An identity and online presence for a new psychiatric clinic
The Psychiatric Care Clinic is a new private practice founded by two highly experienced doctors. While their medical credentials were exceptional, their original website and logo had been created in a rush and didn’t reflect the quality of care they provide.
They needed a professional look and a website that would reassure potential patients while reflecting both their expertise and their compassionate approach.
The brand strikes a careful balance: soft, calming colours and bespoke illustrations convey approachability, while a clean, structured layout communicates professionalism. We deliberately avoided generic stock photography, choosing instead imagery that feels warm, human, and tailored to their services.
Alongside the visual identity and website, I produced a brand guide giving the clinic practical tools to apply their colours, typography, and logo consistently — whether in patient-facing documents or within their own software.
The clinic is delighted with the result, describing the new identity as the perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. The website has already helped them present a more confident and trustworthy image to patients and referrers.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for branding, templating or website refreshes.
